At Ease
Guests feel at ease as rustic and modern elements are blended together in this bathroom environment. Antique terra cotta pavers were used on the floor to create an organic feel, while the spa shower includes overhead rain, WaterTile® body sprays mounted flush to the wall for a vertical water massage, and a hand shower to make cleanup easy.
Outdoor Effect
The original alcove bath was very narrow, leaving few options for replacement in this bath design, so a custom showering environment was created.
Rain Head
The homeowner wanted to create an open environment that felt like showering outdoors. A rain-style showerhead was selected for a downpour effect. Water lines were not moved to the ceiling; instead a wall-mounted shower arm allowed for overhead placement.
Floor Plan
The Kathryn® console was selected to mimic the angled lines in this floor plan, and its clipped corners allow for ease of movement in this tight space. The clean details of Kathryn fixtures are softened by the flooring paver selection and straight pattern here.
